Hello! Today, I'm going to show you three party decorations that you can make for a New Years party. I'll show you how to make a party hat, a garland, and a star wall decoration. In the comments down below let me know what you think about these DIYs.
Let get started!
DIY Party Hat
The first thing you want to do is print out a template or make the template yourself and cut the template out.
Then you want to trace the template onto a piece of colored paper like scrapbook paper or cardstock paper and cut it out.
If you use a template that needs to have an opening for the cone of the party hat to be together like mine you can cut the hole out with an x-acto knife.
Then you want to take the piece you just cut out and roll it into a cone.
If you are using the same template as me, you want to put the tab of the paper into the hole that you cut out with the x-acto knife and then put some tape inside of the cone to hold the cone together.
Then you want to make a hole onto each side of the cone with an x-acto knife. Be careful because the knife is sharp and you can put the holes into the paper before making the cone of the party hat.
After you're done making the holes, you want to take some ribbon and run it through one of the holes. Then you want to tie the ribbon that is inside of the cone into a knot. Do the same thing to the other hole on the cone with another piece of ribbon.
The last thing you have to do is glue on a pom pom onto the top of the party hat with a glue gun.
DIY Glitter Garland
You want to trace a circular object onto a piece of paper that is the same color as the glitter you're going to use or you can also use glitter paper instead and cut out as many as you want.
Then you want to trace a bigger circular object onto a different color of paper and cut out as many as you want.
After you cut out all of your circles, you can punch a hole into all of them with a hole puncher.
Now you want to take the circles that are going to have glitter on them and put Mod Podge onto all of them with a paintbrush. Then you want to put the glitter onto all of them while the Mod Podge is wet. If you are going to use glitter paper ignore this step.
Then you want to pick the circles up and lightly shake off the glitter and wait for them to fully dry.
The last thing you have to do is run some string or twine through the holes of the circles and hang it on a wall with some tape.
DIY Glitter Star Decoration
The last DIY I'm going to show you how to make is this star decoration.
You want to print out or draw out a big star and a smaller star on paper and cut both of the stars out.
Then you want to trace the big star onto some cardboard and then you want to trace the smaller star in the middle of the star.
When you are done tracing the stars you can cut out the stars with scissors or an x-acto knife. I cut out the big star with the scissors and then used the x-acto knife to cut out the smaller star
Now you can make a hole on the star with an x-acto knife or depending on how thick the cardboard is you can use a hole puncher.
Then you can put Mod Podge onto the star with a paintbrush and then you can pour some glitter onto the star.
Then pick up the star and lightly shake off the extra glitter.
The last thing you have to do is tie a piece of sting through the hole that you created and tie a loop so the star hangs on a hook on the wall or from the ceiling.
and that's it! In the comments down below let me know what you think about these DIYs.
Hello! Today I'm going to show you how to make a snowflake garland. In the comments down below let me know what you think about this garland.
Lets get started!
After you get your snowflakes done, you want to put some thread on a needle and then you want to run the thread through two of the holes on each side of the snowflake and through some pom poms. You want to put the snowflakes and the pom poms on the thread in a pattern.
The last steps you have to do is to hang your garland on a wall with some tape and adjust your snowflakes and pom poms so they hang right on the thread.
and that's it for this really simple snowflake garland!
Hello! Today, I'm going to show you how to make this centerpiece idea that you can use for winter or Christmas. In the comments down below let me know what you think about this centerpiece idea.
Lets get started!
Some of the things that you can use for this centerpiece are a napkin or some type of fabric, a plate, three different sizes of candles, a cup that looks like this or a different style of a cup, and you can use some glass round beads or ice shaped fillers. You can use anything you want for your centerpiece.
You want to put the napkin or whatever you would like to put under the plate onto a table and then you want to put the plate on top.
Then you can start putting the candles onto the plate. I did put some glass ice shaped fillers under my red candle to make the candle look like it's taller.
What I did with the cup is that I put it on the plate and put some of the round beads into the cup and then I put the candle onto the top of the beads to make the candle look like its a taller candle.
The last thing that you have to do is to put ice shaped filler onto the plate.
and that's it!
Hello! Today, I'm going to show you how to make three different Christmas pillows that do not have to be sewed.
Lets get started!
DIY Christmas Tree Pillow
The first pillow I'm going to show you how to make is a pillow with a tree on the front of it.
To create the pillow, you need to cut out two rectangles or squares out of red fleece fabric or another type or color of fabric.
Then cut out both pieces and when you are done cutting them out, put the sides that you want to be shown on top of each other.
Then lift up the layer on top and put glue around the edges of the bottom layer of fabric and let go of the fabric and press the fabric together to make sure its together.
Do this all the way around and make sure you leave a opening.
When the pillow is dry you can flip the pillow inside out and stuff the pillow.
After you fill the pillow with stuffing, you need to close the opening by folding both sides of the opening, putting glue there and hold the opening shut until the glue dries.
Then you can draw a tree on a different color of fabric and cut it out.
The last thing you have to do is glue the tree to the front of the pillow.
DIY Christmas Ornament Pillow
After you create the pillow, trace a circular object onto the fabric you are going to use for the ornaments and cut out as many as you want.
Then take some string and glue one end of the string where the ornament will be and glue one of the circles over that end of the string.
For the other end of the string glue it to the top of the pillow and cut off the extra string.
Then make a bow and glue it to the top of the ornaments.
Do the same steps for all of the ornaments on the pillow.
DIY Christmas Present Pillow
After you make the pillow, tie a bow onto the pillow like how you would tie a bow onto a Christmas present.
and that's it! In the comments down below let me know what you think about these pillows.
Hello! Today, I'm going to show you how to make Christmas jars. They are both 10 minute DIYs and there are really cute and easy.
Lets get started!
Idea #1
Then you can take a piece of twine tie it around the jar, and tie a bow.
Then take a glue gun and glue on a bell or a button.
The last thing you can do is put a fake candle inside the jar.
Idea #2
The napkin ring that I used is was bought a couple years ago so you might not find the same one but you can find something similar or make it yourself.
I took the napkin ring and I tied a piece of twine around the napkin rings bells and the loop.
Then I tied the the twine onto the jar with a knot and cut off the extra string.
I put some Epsom salt into the jar and I also put a fake candle inside the jar.
and that's it! In the comments down below let me know what you think about these DIY Christmas jars.
Hello! Today, I'm going to show you how to make a stocking that doesn't have to be sewed. But if you want you can sew it.
Lets get started!
The first thing you want to do is create a sock template out of paper, cut it out, and trace it onto the fabric. You will need two socks cut out of fabric.
For the second sock flip the template over, trace it onto the fabric, and cut it out.
Now you can glue the sock together by placing the front sides of the fabric on top of each other.
Then, take a glue gun, lift up the first layer of fabric and start by gluing a line of glue on the edge of the fabric and press the fabric together. Don't put glue where the top of the sock is.
When the glue has dried, you can flip the sock inside out.
Then you can cut out a strip of fabric out of any color you want.
After you cut the strip out, you can glue the strip of fabric to the top part of the sock and wrap it around the back of the sock. If you have extra fabric you can cut it off with scissors. Then you can glue the end of the strip of fabric to the sock.
For the hook, you can cut out a strip of fabric and glue the ends together. Then, you can glue the hoop inside of the sock. Make sure you make a big enough hook out of fabric to be shown outside of the sock.
Now you can glue on a bow, bells, buttons, or anything you want. I glued on a twine bow and glued on a bell in the middle of the bow.
and that's it! In the comments down below let me know what you think about this stocking.
Hello! Today, I'm going to show how to make a wall decoration for Christmas and this white, red, and pink Christmas decoration idea is a really easy DIY idea. This DIY Christmas wall decor idea is a really cute and pretty DIY tree mobile.
This DIY mobile can go on a hook on that's on a wall or a door. It's a perfect wall decoration for Christmas to use when you decorating for Christmas and it's one of my favorite DIY Christmas decorations that I have made!
Lets get started!
The first thing you want to do is print out a tree template or make a a tree template yourself and cut the template out.
Then you want to trace the tree template onto some colored paper and cut the tree out. I had this light pink scrapbook paper and I made three trees. You can make as many trees as you want.
Now it's time to decorate your trees and here are some examples that you can do.
For the first tree, I made a small bow out of some red ribbon and I glued it onto the middle of the tree with a glue gun.
Then I glued on a jewel, that's in a shape of a heart, onto the middle of the bow with a glue gun.
For the second tree I glued on three tear drop shaped jewels onto the tree with a glue gun.
For the last tree that I made, I took some Mod Podge and a paintbrush and I put dots of the Mod Podge onto the tree. Then I sprinkled on some glitter onto the Mod Podge.
When the tree was dry, I glued on a star jewel onto the top of the tree with a glue gun.
You can make any kind of design with jewels, glitter, bows, or whatever else you would like to go on your tree.
I painted a stick red and you can use any kind of stick you would like and you don't have to paint the stick.
Then you want to find a pieces of string or thread and tie one end of the string on one end of the stick and then you want to the other end of the string on the other side of the stick so the decor can hang on a wall.
Then you want to tie one end of a couple of strings on the stick so you can put the trees there to hang and cut off any of the extra string that's from the knot.
The last thing you have to do is tape the trees to the string and cut off the extra string.
That's how you make this really simple DIY Tree Mobile! I love the colors I chose for this DIY Christmas wall decor idea and it's just perfect wall decor idea for Christmas.
In the comments down below let me know what you think about this Christmas wall decoration idea.
Hello! Today I'm going to show you how to make three easy different gift ideas for Christmas or these could also work for any kind of event like birthdays. You can make all of these DIY in about ten minutes.
Lets get started!
DIY Snow Globe
You want to take a mason jar lid and glue a tree, a animal, or something else onto the lid with a glue gun.
Then you want to take the jar and put some Epsom salt into the jar.
If you want to put water into the jar you do not want to use Epsom salt because the salt will dissolve. Something that you can use instead is some beads.
All you have to do now is put the lid onto the jar and if you want to add some extra cuteness to the jar you can tie a bow onto the jar and you can also put a Christmas bow on top of the jar.
DIY Bookmarks
I found some scrapbook paper that had these really cute sayings on them and I decided to use them for bookmarks. I cut out one that said cherish and one that says smile out of the scrapbook paper.
You can make them yourself or you can find similar scrapbook paper that I have or you could use a picture out of a magazine. After you find your design, cut it out.
If you want you can punch a hole into the bookmark with a hole puncher.
Then you can tie some ribbon through the hole. You can tie the ribbon anyway you want. I decided to tie the ribbon into a bow.
DIY Candy Gift Jar
For the last gift, I'm going to show you how to make a cute candy gift jar.
You want to find a jar of any size and put any type of candy into the jar and if you want you can also put more than one type of candy into the jar.
When you get all the candy into the jar you want to put the lid onto the jar.
Now you want to make a tag yourself or find one and cut it out of paper. Then you want to punch a hole into the tag with a hole puncher.
When you get your tag done you want to tie it onto the jar with some ribbon into a bow and if you want you can put a bow on top of the jar.
and that's it! In the comments down below let me know what you think about these gift ideas.
Hello! Today I'm going to show you how to wrap a gift with three creative gift wrapping ideas that you can do for your presents and these DIY gift wrapping ideas are all really simple ideas for gift wrapping. The three creative gift wrapping techniques are perfect for wrapping Christmas presents or birthday presents.
Let me know what you think about these gift wrapping ideas in the comments.
Lets get started!
Idea #1
The first idea I'm going to show you has a piece of fabric and a bow on it.
So you want to wrap your present like how you would normally wrap a present.
Then you want to go and cut out a strip of fabric that's smaller than the box and make sure the fabric is long enough to go around the box.
After you cut out the strip of fabric, you want to tape both ends on the back of the box. and if you can see your wrapping paper underneath you might want to wrap the fabric a couple of times around the box so the wrapping paper doesn't show through. It just depends on how you want it to look on the box.
So now you take some ribbon and tie it around the box as many times as you want.
But before you tie a bow, you want to make your tag. I traced around a circle magnet onto a piece of paper and I cut that out. You can make any shape you want.
Then I punched a hole at the top of the circle with a hole puncher.
I took the circle tag and I ran the ribbon though the hole of the circle and tied it onto the box along with the ribbon.
Idea #2
You want to put some thread on a needle.
Then you want to take the needle and sew it through each pom pom. You can have any size of pom poms on the string and I decided to go into a pattern with smaller to larger pom poms.
When you get your string of pom poms done, you want to wrap the the string onto the box a few times.
Then you want to find or make a tag. I traced around a star magnet and cut it out. Then I punched a hole into the star with a hole puncher.
When you get your tag done, you want to tie it onto the box with the string
Idea #3
You want to tie a piece of raffia into a bow onto the box.
Then you want to cut out a picture and if you want you can cut around the picture to leave a border around the picture.
When you get the picture done, you want to put some tape on the back of it and place the picture under the bow.
Hello! Today, I'm going to show you ten DIYs and life hacks for Christmas. In the comments down below let me know what you think about these DIYs and life hacks.
Lets get started!
1 DIY Light Bulb Garland
The first thing you want to do is draw out a light bulb onto colored cardstock paper and cut it out.
Then you can trace that one onto a piece of cardstock paper so you can make duplicate light bulbs and cut it out.
You can make as many as you want. You can make the light bulb one color or multiple colors. I made mine purple and pink.
Then you can paint where the metal would be onto the paper light bulb the same or a similar color as the string you will be using.
When the light bulbs are dry, tape them to the string.
If you did multiple colors you can put them in a pattern.
2 Ornament Carton Organization
To protect your ornaments from breaking, take a egg carton or another type of carton and put your ornaments in there. You can also stick in magnets into the carton too.
3 Advent Calendar Jar
A really easy DIY you can make is a advent calendar jar.
First you want to make a image in a shape of a tag or something else on your computer and cut it out.
After you cut it out, punch a hole into the piece of paper with a hole puncher.
Then you want to tie the tag to a jar with some ribbon or twine and tie it into a bow.
You can put candy into the jar or you can cut some strips of paper out and write activities to do onto the paper. Then you can fold them in half and put them into the jar.
4 String Light Life Hack
Something that helps keep your string lights from being tangled up, is that you can wrap them on a piece of cardboard to prevent the string lights from being tangled up.
5 3D Paper Ornament
The next DIY I'll show you how to make are 3D geometric shaped ornaments made out of paper
First print a template out and cut the shape out of the template.
Link to the templates for the paper ornaments: https://goo.gl/q9JJzK The templates are not mine.
Then you want to fold the template on the lines.
After you are done folding the lines paint the side that will be showing in any color you want or you could print the template onto colored paper.
Then you can start gluing the shape together with a glue gun and before you glue it completely together tie a loop with some string and glue the knot end inside of the shape so the shape can hang on a tree. Then you can glue the rest of the shape together.

If you want you can glue a star at the top of tree.
8 DIY Pillow Life Hack
Instead of buying a new pillow you can make the pillows yourself or use pillows you already own and add your own spin on the pillow. You can paint the pillow or glue something on to it.
